The Director and two Associate Directors of 安全及保安 oversee the department. The 安全及保安 部门 is charged with managing several important functions at the college;
- 访问控制 - The ability for our community to have safe access to buildings at appropriate times is accomplished with a combination of keys and electronic card access cards. 另外, the college is equipped with an extensive camera monitor system.

圣母学院有一个失踪学生通知程序. This procedure includes the investigation into the whereabouts of the missing student and the notification of designated individuals as outlined and proscribed by the H.E.O.A. (高等教育机会法案)
按照法律的要求, each student has the right to list a 保密 Contact Person whom they entrust with information relative to their whereabouts should they be reported missing. A 保密 Contact Person is a person whom the student has chosen to be a point of contact to release information to 安全, 大学行政人员和/或执法人员. 保密联系人不一定是您的父母或监护人. It can be any person you wish to designate to release information regarding your whereabouts.

宠物管理政策
Pets on campus grounds are to be properly leashed by the owner/handler at all times or will be subject to removal. 主人/训导员负责清理宠物的粪便. 另外, pets are not allowed into campus buildings or structures or into any areas that serve food and/or beverages.
